Job Title: Chief Learning Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting, implementing and managing a comprehensive learning strategy to elevate employee performance, foster luxury retail excellence, and drive business outcomes. This role requires strong facilitation skills, the ability to design engaging content, and a deep understanding of luxury customer service.

  • Develop and execute a strategic training plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions on clienteling, product knowledge, brand storytelling, and other essential skills.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed training within business culture.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Training & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is mandatory.
  • Exposure to digital learning platforms, instructional design, and global training standards preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze ROI and measure program effectiveness.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate training programs across multiple locations.
  • Monitor training metrics and report results to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and HR to ensure consistency in brand delivery.
