Job Title: Strategic People Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our people strategies, ensuring alignment with our business goals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and talent development. They will champion a culture of high employee engagement, fostering open communication and building pride and energy within the team.

  • Manage the recruitment process to ensure we have top talent aligned with our values.
  • Drive the effective implementation of HR processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver HR specific training programs at various life stages within the restaurants.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, identifying and nurturing future leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster a positive and energizing work environment, promoting employee retention and satisfaction.
  2. Analyze HR data and metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic HR counsel and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in HR management and labor laws.
  • Have experience in training and development, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Show ability to analyze data and drive business outcomes.
