  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Ensure all assigned projects are strategically aligned with the company's long-term goals and business priorities.
  • - Conduct thorough business case analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • - Lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams, including business analysts, marketing, finance, operations, and technical resources.
  • - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management:
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders across various departments.
  • - Effectively manage expectations, communicate progress, and present project outcomes at executive levels.
  • Budget & Resource Optimization:
  • - Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring financial prudence and optimal resource allocation.
  • - Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Complex Problem Solving:
  • - Analyze and resolve intricate business and operational challenges that arise during project lifecycles.
  • - Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Change Management & Adoption:
  • - Drive organizational change initiatives related to projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes, systems, or products.
  • Process Improvement & Governance:
  • - Establish and enforce robust project governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
  • - Continuously seek to optimize project management processes for greater efficiency and predictability.

Requirements:

  • - 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on managing large-scale, strategic, and cross-functional business projects.
  • - Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.
  • - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects with significant business impact.
  • - Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams without direct authority.
  • - Superior communication skills capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • - Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost-benefit analysis.
  • - Proficiency in project management software and business intelligence tools.
  • - Expertise in strategic planning, business process re-engineering, and organizational development.
  • - Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • - Certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma.
  • - Experience with portfolio management and program management.
  • - Background in consulting or a highly matrixed organizational environment.
  • - Understanding of various industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
