About the Role

  • Our team is looking for an experienced leader to manage our Learning Management System (LMS) activities, user accounts and permissions.
  • This includes training trainers on LMS tools and uploading digital learning content within the LMS.
  • We are also seeking someone who can analyze, update and refine existing online content, creating and managing learning dashboards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments.
  • Update and manage training content repository, collaborating with external vendors to create e-learning modules.
  • Design and develop bite-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for trainers and outlet teams.

Requirements:

  • Hold an MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Prior hospitality experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Fluency in English language is essential.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Canva and video making software such as VYOND and Articulate.
  • Strong flair for content writing and development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and logical skills.
  • Effective vendor management and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation skills are necessary.
