Program Leadership Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Program Manager to lead our change and transformation team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up practices, managing multiple end-to-end transitions, and collaborating with senior leaders to achieve strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in leading process migrations & other transitions, program management, and change management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering multiple projects.
