Senior IT Leader Opportunity

The Senior IT Leader will spearhead enterprise technology, SAP, and digital transformation for a large consumer goods group with nationwide operations.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute the group-wide IT roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Lead SAP (S/4HANA preferred) implementation and optimization across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance processes.
  • Promote digital transformation through automation, analytics, data management systems, CRM, and MIS reporting.
  • Oversee infrastructure, cloud adoption, IT operations, and cybersecurity governance frameworks.
  • Partner with CXOs and business leaders to drive measurable business impact and deliver strategic value.
  • Manage IT teams and vendors to ensure effective governance and cost optimization practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 14-20 years of experience in IT leadership, with strong exposure to manufacturing/consumer goods/automotive/retail sectors.
  • Proven track record in SAP execution and transformation programs, driving successful outcomes and process improvements.
  • Experience in factory IT, production systems, supply chain integration, and IT modernization initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work effectively with promoters/CXOs and diverse stakeholders.
  • Tamil fluency is mandatory for this role.
  • Age ideally below 42 years for optimal career growth and development.
