Job Title: Leadership Roles

We are seeking an innovative Associate Director to lead our transformation initiatives across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring timely milestones and successful delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and process leads.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop strategic plans, analyzing feasibility and impact across service lines.
  • Identify emerging technologies relevant to service lines with potential for scaling.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to deliver strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Profile and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, accompanied by 10+ years of change management or transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Experience driving complex improvement projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Expertise in transformation/process re-engineering (RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation platforms (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  • Background in the contact center or BPO industry (Voice).
  • Collaborative experience across organizational levels to build relationships.
  • Excellent internal client-facing skills, communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in various shifts.
