We are looking for a high-impact professional to lead AI and data-driven transformation programs within the consulting industry. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on experience in analytics and technology-led change.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business and consulting stakeholders to define transformation opportunities using AI and dataTranslate complex business challenges into actionable use cases and strategic initiativesCollaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape and deliver effective solutionsBuild robust business cases, implementation roadmaps and executive-level narrativesAct as the connector between strategy teams and technical functions, ensuring alignment and impact

Ideal Candidate Profile

8–10 years of experience in strategy, analytics or data transformation consultingStrong understanding of consulting workflows and the role of data/AI in enabling business valueExceptional communication skills and experience engaging with senior leadershipProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives independentlyComfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with high ownership
