Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Capability Lead – GCP to lead and scale our Google Cloud Platform practice. This is a senior leadership role that involves working directly with vertical business leaders to shape and deliver data-driven cloud strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical depth, strategic thinking, and the ability to provide solutions that align with organizational goals. This role is critical to driving digital transformation across the enterprise and will act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic partner to vertical and business unit leaders, helping shape their cloud data strategy and providing tailored GCP-based solutions to solve business challenges.
- Own and lead the Data & Analytics capability on GCP, including strategy, delivery governance, presales, and innovation.
- Design and implement cloud-native data architectures using GCP services such as BigQuery, Looker, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Vertex AI.
- Lead client engagements end-to-end, including stakeholder workshops, solution design, proposals, estimations, and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Collaborate with internal business teams and Google Cloud to define go-to-market strategies and reusable solution accelerators.
- Guide organisations through cloud transformation journeys with an emphasis on data modernisation, governance, and scalable analytics platforms.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of engineers, architects, and consultants, promoting continuous learning and GCP certifications.
- Stay ahead of emerging GCP trends and influence internal and external stakeholders on adoption strategies.
