Job Description

We require a Digital Transformation Lead to support the growth of our digital landscape. This individual will lead the implementation of core systems, drive high-impact initiatives, and manage vendor relationships.

  • This role involves strategic leadership, application oversight, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital transformation, sales enablement, and application leadership, with a strong understanding of sales and distribution processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end digital programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing timelines to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital transformation, sales enablement, or application leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, hands-on experience with platforms like SFA, DMS, CP Portals, SIP systems, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end digital programs with cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
