Business Transformation Lead - AI & Data Science

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced transformation leader to drive strategic business outcomes through the application of artificial intelligence (AI), data science, and lean six sigma methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO/KPO operations, with expertise in large-scale transformation projects, process automation, and digital transformation. They will also have experience leading AI/ML initiatives, including machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and automation across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs that focus on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement.
  • Align transformation initiatives with strategic business goals, driving measurable outcomes in areas such as productivity, billable utilization, SLA adherence, and key customer experience metrics.
  • Identify and champion use cases for AI technologies, collaborate with internal teams to develop AI/ML solutions, and leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows and minimize variation in critical business processes.
  • Partner with business leaders, operations heads, and IT stakeholders to successfully execute transformation initiatives, manage complex transformation roadmaps, and drive the organizational shift towards greater digital maturity.

Required Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification mandatory.

Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in BPO/KPO/Shared Services with ownership of large-scale transformation projects;
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives.
