Business Transformation Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist to lead our efforts in defining opportunities to create tangible business value for our clients. This role involves leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and developing business cases to achieve the vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand client requirements and develop functional, technical, and development solutions based on these requirements.
- Work with offshore team members to deliver quality work products to multiple client projects.
- Develop and design Architecture blueprints for target solutions.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Temenos Transact.
- Strong understanding of Retail, Corporate & Wealth banking processes.
- Prior experience of writing Technical Specification Documents, Integration Requirement Documents, and Integration Technical Design Documents.
- Excellent communication, written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
