We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital transformation and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our biotech courses, services, and events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.

Performance Marketing:

  • Design and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize targeting, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to drive conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CPL, and CAC.

SEO & Content Growth:

  • Leverage SEO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of our scientific content, landing pages, and blogs.
  • Oversee keyword research, technical SEO audits, backlink planning, and on-page optimization.
  • Collaborate with content writers and scientific experts to ensure high-quality and engaging content.

Automation & CRM:

  • Design and implement lead-nurture journeys using marketing automation platforms.
  • Segment audience lists and set up behavior-based campaigns, triggers, and retargeting workflows.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.

Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and interns.
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks, consistent brand voice, and delivery of measurable results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
  • Proven success in running high-performing digital campaigns with strong conversion metrics.
  • Strong grasp of marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/Zoho/HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging, simplified digital content.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the edtech, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
  • Video marketing and storytelling experience for scientific content.
  • Digital certifications (Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint).
  • Experience managing global campaigns or scaling to international audiences.
