We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our comprehensive digital marketing vision for biotech courses and brand growth.

This role demands a strong grasp of marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/Zoho/HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a robust digital marketing strategy for biotech courses and brand growth.
  • Work closely with product, sales, academic, and design teams to align digital marketing with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Own the digital funnel from impressions to conversions — optimize targeting, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Manage ROAS, CPL, and CAC benchmarks with precision.
  • Lead the organic growth engine — implement high-impact SEO strategies for scientific content, landing pages, and blogs.
  • Oversee keyword strategy, technical SEO audits, backlink planning, and on-page optimization.
  • Design and manage lead-nurture journeys using marketing automation platforms.
  • Set performance KPIs and build dashboards to track campaign success using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
  • Proven success in running high-performing digital campaigns with strong conversion metrics.
  • Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
