Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
  • Proven success in running high-performing digital campaigns with strong conversion metrics.
  • Strong grasp of marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/Zoho/HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging, simplified digital content.
