Lead Digital Marketing StrategistAs a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and conversion. Your expertise in market trends, competitor research, and digital innovations will help identify opportunities to enhance our online presence and reach new audiences.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, academic, and design to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines will be essential in driving success.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy for biotech courses, services, events, and brand growth.• Identify growth opportunities through market trends, competitor research, and digital innovations.• Collaborate with product, sales, academic, and design teams to align digital marketing with business objectives.• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.• Own the digital funnel from impressions to conversions — optimize targeting, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.• Lead the organic growth engine — implement high-impact SEO strategies for scientific content, landing pages, and blogs.• Oversee keyword strategy, technical SEO audits, backlink planning, and on-page optimization.• Design and manage lead-nurture journeys using marketing automation platforms.• Segment audience lists and set up behavior-based campaigns, triggers, and retargeting workflows.• Set performance KPIs and build dashboards to track campaign success using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.• Translate data into actionable insights, regular reports, and optimization strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.• Proven success in running high-performing digital campaigns with strong conversion metrics.• Strong grasp of marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/Zoho/HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress.• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging, simplified digital content.• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Benefits:• Be at the forefront of biotech education and digital transformation.• Take full ownership of your ideas and see them come to life.• Join a collaborative, mission-driven, and growth-focused team.• Opportunity to impact thousands of scientists, students, and innovators.• Performance-based growth, learning support, and flexible work culture.
