Director of Digital Innovation

About the Role:

The Director of Digital Innovation will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts/PMs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the organization's IT software applications, ensuring design, deployment, and maintenance align with business objectives.
  • Development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, integrating with company-wide initiatives.
  • Management of multiple digital projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Analyzing and re-engineering existing business processes to leverage technology for automation and efficiency gains.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Lean. Strong expertise in connecting different software systems and platforms is required, as well as the ability to plan, implement, and manage organizational change.
