**Job Role**

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Business Development Executive to manage strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth in the North India region. Key responsibilities include developing regional sales plans, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of our technology solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans and quotas that align with Kaizenat business objectives for Mid-Market/SMB clients.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team, evaluate performance, and provide necessary training to improve individual and team success.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 5-12 years of experience in CAD/CAE software sales within the assigned region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

**Salary:** ₹ 15,00,000 - ₹ 30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
