Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships and grow our presence in the North India region. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large portfolios (over ₹1,000 crore) within the Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts in the Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Ansys products, contributing to revenue growth targets.
  • Developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of handling large portfolios (over ₹1,000 crore) in the Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions relevant to these industries, particularly engineering simulation tools like ANSYS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
