Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Strategy Manager to join our team at iMocha. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

About the Role
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key customers, understanding their unique needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of iMocha's products or services and advise customers on best practices for maximizing their value.
  • Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within customer accounts to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and support, to address customer needs and improve products or services.
  2. Utilize data analytics to track customer success metrics and trends, and use insights to inform decision-making and customer success strategies.
  3. Identify and mitigate churn risks by closely monitoring customer engagement and satisfaction levels.
