
Regional Sales Specialist

The Territory Sales Officer plays a pivotal role in expanding the distribution network within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:- To establish and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer networks.
- To identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the territory.
- To effectively manage day-to-day requirements, including but not limited to:
- Securing orders from dealers based on assigned targets.
- Collecting payments and streamlining outstanding balances.
- Ensuring timely delivery of credit notes to dealers.
- Maintaining transparency and clarity in accounts with dealers.
- Expanding the network by identifying new dealers.
- Initiating field development initiatives, including sign boards and painter meets.
- Briefing dealers on new schemes and target products.
- Fostering regular interactions with influencers such as architects, building contractors, housing societies, and painters for business development purposes.
- Ensuring optimal visibility of our products at point-of-sale locations.
- Maintaining daily CRM reports.
- Achieving targeted weighted reach and numeric reach within the territory.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
