This role is focused on driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets
- Manage client/partner relationships to ensure long-term business success
- Communicate effectively with top management to align business operations with company goals
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in IT field, preferably in business development or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and balance long/short-term priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in English language
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Tech, M.C.A, M.Sc, or M.Tech degree
- Experience in bid management and contract negotiation
- Knowledge of international markets and business trends
