
Business Development Manager – MSP Recruitment Partnerships

Role Overview
As the
Business Development Manager
, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with MSPs. Your role will focus on expanding Quantum Core Technologies' presence in the staffing and recruitment marketplace by establishing long-term, high-value relationships that drive revenue and market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new MSP clients within the recruitment and staffing space.
- Build strong relationships with MSP program managers, procurement leaders, and client stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue through MSP channels.
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and vendor onboarding processes for staffing opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with MSPs and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to align business development efforts with client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and business expansion goals.
- Represent Quantum Core Technologies at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of business development experience in the
recruitment/staffing industry
, with at least 2+ years in the
MSP client ecosystem
. - Strong track record of winning new MSP accounts and expanding existing partnerships.
- In-depth understanding of VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and MSP program structures.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage the entire business development cycle independently.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of MSP contacts in IT and professional services recruitment.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or enterprise-level MSP programs.
- Understanding of staffing compliance, onboarding processes, and SLA-driven partnerships.
