Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Vadodara. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks will include developing strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding technical job requirements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires maintaining active engagement with both potential candidates and internal team members.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Hiring processes
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
