This role is focused on developing and executing strategic partnership plans to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining strong relationships, and negotiating and closing deals. This involves analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to attract new partners and expand existing relationships. They will work closely with internal teams to align goals and objectives and ensure smooth onboarding and integration of partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and establish contact with key stakeholders.
- Provide them with information about the company's products and services and business opportunities.
- Convince them to join as advisors/partners.
- Complete documentation, training, and onboarding processes.
- Help them commence their initial business.
- Create daily content for digital marketing and post on social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
- Finance, wealth management, and insurance industry awareness.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the specific industry or market is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
