Job Description:

The AmbujaNeotia Group is seeking a talented Marketing Event Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the Marketing & Events department, you will be responsible for driving foot traffic to the mall by leasing spaces in common areas and organizing engaging events throughout the year.

About the Role:

  • Leasing of Common Area Spaces:
    • Manage and coordinate leasing of available spaces in the mall's common areas for temporary setups, pop-up shops, and promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with potential vendors, retailers, and third-party organizations to facilitate agreements for space usage.
    • Ensure all leased spaces align with the mall's overall marketing strategy and branding.
  • Event Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a yearly calendar of events, including seasonal promotions, festivals, brand activations, and other entertainment activities.
    • Plan, manage, and oversee events from conception to completion, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event agencies to ensure the quality and success of events.
  • Marketing Strategy & Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns for promoting events and activities.
    • Utilize digital and traditional media (social media, email newsletters, print, etc.) to communicate event details and generate interest.
    • Track and analyze event performance to determine effectiveness and improve future planning.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with event vendors, sponsors, and partners.
    • Work closely with mall management, retail tenants, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of event activities with mall objectives.
  • Customer Experience & Engagement:
    • Ensure events are tailored to the target audience, enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
    • Gather feedback from mall visitors and tenants to improve event offerings and enhance footfall.
