HR Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process by developing and implementing effective strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process, including document verification and orientation sessions, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update databases, and handle routine HR administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events that foster a collaborative and dynamic workplace culture.
- Other Duties: Provide support for any additional HR projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn other HR software and systems.
- Proactive Attitude: Display a proactive and team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the success of the team.
