Highly Organized Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Follow-up Coordinator to provide administrative support and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Follow-up Coordination
- Track and follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and escalate potential delays or issues.
- Maintain follow-up records and reports.
Special Projects
- Assist with projects, events, and initiatives as needed.
- Conduct research and data analysis.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
The salary for this role is approximately ₹30,000 per month, based on industry standards and location.
