Job Overview: Dreamstel is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth through effective lead engagement, content creation, and targeted marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales and experience with Web Development & Mobile Apps project Salesforce Support IT staff Augmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through lead generation and conversion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to address them effectively.
  • Create engaging content to communicate updates and promotions to target audiences.
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT services sales with a focus on business development and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of Web Development & Mobile Apps project Salesforce Support IT staff Augmentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through successful development strategies.
