Our Employer of Record (EOR) Sales team is seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Business Development Specialist to join our ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and generating qualified leads to support our sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the EOR market using various tools and databases.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage with potential leads through emails, calls, social media, and networking events.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the target profile.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and timely information on lead interactions and status.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new lead opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in lead generation, sales, or a related field, preferably in the EOR or HR services industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot), strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
