  • Assist management with sensitive and confidential tasks.
  • Conduct regular internal compliance & ensure adherence to legal and company policies.

  • Draft, update, and maintain internal documents, including manuals, SPOCs, KRAs, and policies.
  • Manage office services and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation.
  • Format and organize internal and external communications for clarity and professionalism.
  • Actively participate as a core team member to support the development and growth of the organizations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate flow of information between departments and stakeholders.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage documentation effectively.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and events, ensuring logistics are organized and executed smoothly.
  • Assist in managing the organization's social media presence and management.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required to support the team and organizational objectives.

Requirements:
  • Qualified BBA/ B.com/ BA LLB with minimum 1yr of similar work experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally and strong understanding of accounting principles is good to have.
  • Experience with social media platforms and management tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Working experience in a CA Firm/Financial Services is preferred.
