Solar Energy Sales Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Refining Skills Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the solar energy space.
- Engage with prospects, schedule appointments, and conduct effective sales calls to explain our technology.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular orders and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other sales representatives to uphold company standards and meet sales targets.
- Utilise CRM or Excel to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the solar renewable energy domain.
- Excellent telephonic and email communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel 7-10 days a month to meet clients and generate sales.
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is an added advantage.
