About the Role - Technical Sales Executive

At Refining Skills Academy, we are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to fill the role of Technical Sales Executive, focusing on expanding our presence in the solar energy sector in Kerala. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with cutting-edge technology, experience the flexibility of remote work, and contribute to the renewable energy revolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify new opportunities and develop sales strategies to generate leads and increase revenue in the solar energy space.
- Client Engagement: Build strong connections with prospects, manage appointments, and conduct persuasive sales calls to showcase our solar technology.
- Relationship Management: Maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, high customer satisfaction, and continued orders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales team members to ensure consistent results, meeting sales targets, and company standards.
- Record Keeping: Utilize CRM tools or Excel to track activities, manage customer data, and ensure efficient sales processes.
About You
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years in sales with a solid understanding of the solar renewable energy market.
- Communication Skills: Strong telephonic and email communication to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office for record-keeping, communication, and analysis.
- Travel Readiness: Open to traveling 7-10 days a month within Kerala or occasionally to other locations for client visits.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi, with proficiency in Kannada or Tamil as an added bonus.
