Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Experience: 13 Years
1. Increase sales of distributors by offering training and meeting more customers.
2. Make new distributors of Big Installer or Big Distributor from competitions.
3. Build trust among new and existing distributors by engaging them on a regular basis.
1. Contact and physical meeting with retail shops/dealers/distributors to inform them about Loom Solar products and offerings (daily visit 10 counters)
2. Cold calling to prospective customers/dealers to identify sales opportunities
3. Lead generation for dealer networks to increase sales
4. Negotiate with dealers to sell our products only if competitors are offering similar prices.
5. Prepare quotations and share with dealers for their order requirements
6. Keep records and updates of all visits in the company's sales application
7. Pickup calls and respond to each dealer on an immediate basis
8. Ensure that Loom Solar products are the first choice in the channel vis-à-vis the competition
9. Ensure stock availability of 30 days' inventory with channel partners
10. Monitor distributor and dealer stock movements and secondary/tertiary sales
11. Conduct distributor/dealer meets and training programs
1. Preferred Graduate/MBA candidate with 12 years of experience in the Solar/Power Backup industry
2. Preference will be given to Luminous Liveguard Exide Microtek Okaya Polycab and Havells employees
3. Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi
4. An attitude to get things done, willing to work for a minimum of 2 years
5. Rigorous follow-up and negotiation skills to build relationships with dealers/distributors
