AIF Compliance and Operations Manager
About the Role:This position involves managing AIF 3, including all compliances, audit coordination with administrators, and handling functions for smooth operation. It also includes managing trades and entire trade cycle of AIF 3, coordination with administrators for subscriptions/redemptions, shadow accounting, reconciliation of NAVs of AIF 3, updation of marketing materials, investor reports and performance updates, addressing investor queries, and serving as a backup to the IR function for offshore vehicle.
Main Responsibilities:- AIF 3 Management: Handle all compliances, audit coordination with administrators, and manage functions for smooth operation of AIF 3.
- Trade Management: Manage trades and entire trade cycle of AIF 3, coordinate with administrators for subscriptions/redemptions, and handle related tasks.
- Financial Management: Perform shadow accounting, reconcile NAVs of AIF 3, and update financial records as necessary.
- Investor Relations: Update marketing materials, investor reports and performance updates, address investor queries, and serve as a backup to the IR function for offshore vehicle.
- 6-15 years' experience in Gurgaon with dual reporting to Founder/Director and COO based out of Mumbai.
- Sharp analytical and communication skills, fluency in English.
- Self-driven, process-oriented with an eye for detail, ability to meet deadlines.
