We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Operations (PMS & AIF) to lead our Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). This role demands a proactive individual capable of handling end-to-end operations with minimal supervision.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have over 15 years of relevant experience with a deep understanding of fund accounting, regulatory compliance, client servicing, and audit coordination. Hands-on experience with portfolio management systems such as Wealth Spectrum and Miles is essential. Prior experience in a wealth management environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fund Accounting & NAV Management: Daily fund accounting and NAV updation in the portfolio management system
  • Reconciliations: Conduct daily bank reconciliation, demat reconciliation, and broker ledger reconciliation
  • Client Operations: Manage PMS clients' trade working, mutual fund redemptions, and resolve client queries and reporting requirements
  • Fees & Performance: Calculate management fees, evaluate performance data, and manage monthly, quarterly, and financial year closure entries
  • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Prepare SEBI regulatory reports, monthly MIS, quarterly reports, and fact sheets
  • Audit Coordination: Handle all audit processes, including internal audit, NAV audit, and performance audit
  • Team Management: Support team leadership, mentor junior staff, and act as a reliable second-in-command to senior leadership

Candidate Requirements:

Candidates must have prior experience in Wealth Management firms. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, result-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.

Bonus Points:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with portfolio management systems will be considered added advantages.
