Senior Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our operational processes within the automotive sector. This is a strategic role that requires a strong leader with expertise in operational management, production efficiency, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. They will oversee daily operations, manage resources, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal performance in production, quality, and resource management.\
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.\
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align goals and drive performance.\
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational KPIs, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.\
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards for quality and safety, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.\
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and control operational expenses to achieve cost-effectiveness.\
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.\
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
