- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
- Prepare and review reports, filings, and disclosures for regulatory authorities.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related queries and issues.
- Monitor changes in regulations and advise on their impact on operations.
- Support the legal team in handling investor agreements and documentation.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation for audits and inspections.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance AIF Associate (CS) should have:

- Professional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing AIFs and financial services.
- Experience in compliance or legal roles within the investment or asset management industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
