Compliance Manager Role

The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of AIF 3 and Investment Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage processing, banking, and treasury operations for an Indian entity with support from external vendors.
  • Administer compliances, board resolutions, and audit functions for the Indian entity with support from external vendors.
  • Coordinate with administrators for subscriptions and redemptions, as well as other service providers.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-15 years of experience in finance and accounts, with dual reporting to a Founder or Director.
  • Possess sharp analytical and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Be self-driven, process-oriented, and long-term focused, with attention to detail.
