Risk Analyst Role Summary

As a key member of our team, the Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in monitoring the risk associated with AIF business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Compliance/Risk Committee Deliverables:
    • Ensure adherence to SEBI AIF regulations and internal compliance manual from the Risk Team perspective.
  2. Real Estate:
    • Perform thorough due diligence on existing and new real estate investee companies.
    • Prepare risk notes for presentation to the Investment Committee prior to disbursement to real estate issuers.
    • Monitor existing real estate issuer exposures against various parameters.
  3. Valuation:
    • Value PMS/AIF assets classes based on SEBI regulations.
  4. Enterprise Risk Management:
    • Develop agenda items and key insights for quarterly Risk Management Committee meetings.
    • Review AIF policies.
    • Prepare committee minutes for Investment, Category 2 Valuation, and Risk Committee meetings.
    • Audit deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Civil Engineer/MBA with 8-10 years of experience from a reputable education institute.
  2. Experience in Real Estate companies in Risk Management/Project Funding function.
  3. Category 2 AIF having real estate, private credit, and venture fund investments.
  4. NBFCs into real estate and structured funding.
