Job Title: Compliance Associate - AIF

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
  • Prepare and review reports, filings, and disclosures for regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related queries and issues.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and advise on their impact on operations.
  • Support the legal team in handling investor agreements and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation for audits and inspections.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing AIFs and financial services.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing and reviewing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

A successful candidate should have professional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS), strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and experience in compliance or legal roles within the investment or asset management industry.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
