Job Description
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).Prepare and review reports, filings, and disclosures for regulatory authorities.Assist in drafting and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related queries and issues.Monitor changes in regulations and advise on their impact on operations.Support the legal team in handling investor agreements and documentation.Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation for audits and inspections.The Successful Applicant
A successful Compliance AIF Associate (CS) should have:
Professional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS).Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing AIFs and financial services.Experience in compliance or legal roles within the investment or asset management industry.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.-
