
Senior Insurance Executive

As a Senior Insurance Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies for Employee Benefit Broking in alignment with national goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver seamless client experience.
- Experience: 15+ years in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales; minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Insurance, or related fields. III/IRDA certifications preferred.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of group insurance products.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
