Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to join our Placements team. This role will be based in Hyderabad and involves working in a hybrid environment, with at least three days spent in the office.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To possess complete knowledge of EB product offerings, including proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing, as well as a thorough understanding of various insurers and their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Data analysis and research capabilities are essential for identifying business opportunities and conducting in-depth gap analyses to meet client needs while maintaining company profitability.
  • Built relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies to secure competitive quotes in a timely manner, involving regular visits to ensure continuous engagement.
  • Audit, MIS & Reporting: Enter RFQs and proposal details into the database, generate reports for analysis, share status updates with senior management, share information and documentation with auditors as required, and resolve queries.
  • Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry, corporate relationship management/business solution provider from a service background, ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
  • Domain expertise and an MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Proven leadership skills, attention to detail, strong networking and relationship management abilities, effective communication/presentation skills, good judgment, and analytical skills, strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
