Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Insurance Operations Leader to oversee large-scale, multi-client operations. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in Insurance and/or BFSI, with a strong track record of operational leadership, client engagement, and transformation delivery across global markets.

The successful candidate will lead delivery across multiple Insurance/BFSI accounts, managing a span of 2000–3000+ FTEs. They will drive operational strategy, ensuring performance excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery across multiple Insurance/BFSI accounts
  • Drive operational strategy
  • Own P&L and deliver on growth, profitability, and efficiency metrics
  • Build and maintain strong CXO-level client relationships
  • Lead digital and tech-enabled transformation initiatives

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience: 15+ years in Insurance (P&C preferred), BFSI, or related domains, with senior leadership experience
  • Global Exposure: Experience with US/NA clients; understanding of regulatory and market dynamics
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-scale delivery organizations (1500+ FTEs)
  • Transformation: Hands-on with automation, tech-led transformation, and process reengineering
  • Financial Acumen: Strong P&L management and budget oversight experience
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence and experience managing multiple client and internal stakeholders
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of compliance, quality, and governance best practices
