Head of Wealth Management

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to oversee our wealth management division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing bespoke investment advice to clients and expertly managing their portfolios to achieve optimal financial outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals to comprehend their unique investment goals and risk tolerance.
  • Deliver personalized investment recommendations tailored to each client's distinct needs and circumstances.
  • Strategically manage client portfolios and closely monitor performance, making informed adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with goals and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify lucrative investment opportunities and potential risks.
  • Remain up-to-date on the latest market trends and developments, providing regular updates to clients.

Performance Metrics:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Enhance client retention and satisfaction by delivering exceptional investment advice and personalized service.
  • Expand client base through strategic referrals, networking, and other sales initiatives.
  • Significantly increase assets under management (AUM) by effectively managing client portfolios and growing their wealth.

Requirements:

  • No less than 10 years of experience in wealth management within the stock broking industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of cultivating and maintaining a substantial client base while achieving sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
