Senior Life Insurance Development Executive

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to drive life insurance growth through direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather leads through field visits, networking, and market activities to convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products by explaining policy details, benefits, and premium options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business success.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives to stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven field sales experience (minimum 2 years) in life insurance, financial products, or similar sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building long-lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets, possessing good understanding of life insurance products and customer needs.
- Candidates with prior experience in insurance sales, agency, or banca channels will be preferred.
