Insurance Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Insurance Relationship Manager to oversee the recruitment, management, and training of POSP agents for Motor & Health Insurance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid background in insurance sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with agents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and managing a network of POSP agents for Motor & Health Insurance
  • Providing comprehensive training and support to ensure agents achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining open lines of communication and fostering strong relationships with agents
