We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our team of insurance agents. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team, driving sales activities to achieve targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

">Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents
  • Develop strategies to enhance productivity and drive sales growth
  • Monitor agents' performance, provide coaching and feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in team management and leadership
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, develop action plans, and implement changes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
