Specialist for the Services Business to join their team in Vadodara Kolkata India This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic fast-paced business environment He or she must be flexible to accommodate business requirements and experience in working with diverse groups and cultures The ability to multitask delivers within timelines is essential The candidate will have excellent communications skills Mission Statement Employee Labor Health Safety work encompasses activities related to the wellbeing of employees including Developing and implementing policies and practices to identify mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace Identifying potential workplace hazards unsafe equipment work practices and working conditions Investigating accidents and liaising with engineers management and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence Providing advice and training on safety protocols and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employee health and safety Maintaining and analyzing records of workplace injuries illness and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies A Senior Professional applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience Responsibilities may include Managing projects processes working independently with limited supervision Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex Your Responsibilities Perform self-assessment of LSR at every site inspection and workplace service sites visit Implement the HSE operating system in Service BU Visit site and provide technical support to the BU service team Perform internal audits -
